Opportunities for Presenters and Exhibitors

Become a Speaker

ECHO’s Conferences are known for bringing together a unique community of practice. Agriculture development practitioners, development workers, students and missionaries from around the world come together to share ideas and learn from each other.

The International Agriculture Conference has opportunities for you to engage further as a speaker. It is important that you apply ahead of time with the links/forms below. ECHO desires to have a quality presentation as well as space out sessions happening simultaneously in order to give attendees a broad range of topics to choose from. There are three opportunities for you to engage further at this year’s conference.

Afternoon Workshops

Every afternoon Conference delegates travel to ECHO’s Global Research and Demonstration Farm for lunch and workshops. These workshops share practical principles and techniques. Presenters have the option to utilize our farm for demonstrations or share in a classroom style setting (PowerPoint is available). These workshops are 60 minutes long.

Evening Breakout Sessions

Exhibitors

Promote your organization at the conference!

ECHO offers our delegates an opportunity to promote their organization or project throughout the week through exhibitor tables and promotional videos.

Exhibitor spaces at the hotel can accommodate displays and includes a 6' covered table. This year we are giving you the additional OPTIONAL opportunity to have an exhibitor table at the ECHO farm in the afternoon.

If your organization has a pre-produced video of up to 5 minutes in length it can be played between sessions in the main ballroom. All videos are subject to approval and must be provided in advance.

Please reserve your table during registration or contact us at conference@echonet.org
